Membership Application

Voice Response Unit

Using your touch tone phone you can get account information and perform transactions 24/7 using the Voice Response Unit. Simply dial 1-800-723-1201, Ext. 7900. Easy to use voice prompts will direct you to all the information you need.

When calling the VRU be sure to have your 4 or 5 digit member number and your PIN (last 4 digits of the Social Security # of the primary account holder). For security purposes the VRU allows you to personalize your PIN number.

Look for your VRU membership card when you receive your membership packet. Misplaced your card? Contact the Credit Union for a new one.
