What’s Happening at Stewart’s FCU

We are upgrading our core banking systems on Saturday, November 1!

This is a major update. We are switching to a completely new system that will bring to you faster service, stronger security and some exciting new features.

However, this also means there will be temporary service disruptions, from Friday, October 31 through the morning of Monday, November 3.

What you need to do

 Plan Ahead

If you anticipate needing large amounts of cash during the service interruption, be sure to withdraw it ahead of time. If you anticipate large debit card purchases, either withdraw cash, make those transactions ahead of time, postpone them, or have an alternative payment method in place.

we close at 12:00 p.m. in
preparation for the conversion.		Saturday, November 1

at 9:00 a.m.
• The conversion begins.
• Online banking and mobile banking will be unavailable.
• Large debit card purchases will be limited.		• Online and mobile banking remain unavailable.

• Large debit card purchases will be limited.		• Members will also need to re-enroll in online or mobile banking. The good news is, it’s easy!
On your first login:

Online Banking and Mobile Banking Procedure

Online Banking Login

  • Username will be your three-, four- or five-digit account number

  • Temporary password: Last 4 digits of your SSN

  • (Example: If SSN ends in 1234 → Password = 1234)

  • You will be prompted to set a new password after your first log in.

New Stewart’s FCU Mobile App

  • If your phone updates apps automatically, you’re all set!

  • If not, please delete the old app and download the new Stewart’s FCU app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
